My feeling is that I go first about 50% of the time, when facing another GL9 6x6A Leviathan. I have never felt the need to accurately measure it, since it seems ok, especially since there is a chance to turn it around later in the battle.
It has increased the amount of time I spend in Fleet Arena on a daily bases, but I don't think it has doubled my average time, so I think this is acceptable for a new meta. Adjusting to change is part of the game, and more than likely there will be something new shiny to beat the Leviathan soon enough, so no need to get too hung up on the P1/Dorito change.
Nothing seems broken, unless you expect a 100% win rate.

Apparently, everyone except me likes to go second and hope for RNG. After all, it's so nice to play on a broken Leviathan.

If cap ship speed is the same, it is a coin flip isnt it? So, its a really easy check...

Today? Not remotely. Once this hot, for the first week i charted my experience and it is posted somewhere on this board. My go first rate for the week was like 15%. 0/8 and 0/7 in 2 of the first 3 days. It is a bit better now, but my average go date isnt near 50% yet. The issue though is less about going first but setting a lineup you basically cannot beat without going first, that is an epic programming fail. You either are blatantly trying to force spending with this or you are terrible at game design, it is one of the two really as a fix isnt remotely difficult. When your current setup has people flat quitting the event when they dont go first, because they cannot win, you failed.

Try this order for Leviathan choices:
It helps greatly if you can almost guarantee your Tie Dagger going first by having them as R8 but this does work with R7.Sabotage the Engines.
Reinforce with Tie Reaper (you need its unique maxed). This should mean that you reset the coinflip and get your sabotage the hangers in just before the opponent.
Not guaranteed but a good chance that you will get the option of a second reinforcement in rather than Levis basic- if you reinforce do it with Mark 6 and use its 3rd special which will speed down the opponents ships and gain all your ships tenacity up.Then you should win the race to ultimate.

He obviously wants to complain instead of getting help. Just check his post history

And? Of course it will as its random. It will seem worse in those modes as you only get one shot.
All you are doing here is showing you don't know what random means and also have complete and utter ignorance to how probability works in a coinflip scenario. - DarjeloSalas11 months agoSeasoned Ace
Again - and probably for the last time - what is your ally code? My experience in fleets is nothing like what you are describing which suggest that there’s something about how you are setting up that’s causing you to get different results.
RNG is not broken for one user but manageable for the next.

You don’t know it’s not mods. Perhaps when the OP wins the opening coin toss they are facing someone else who doesn’t have 6 dot mods across the board.
This could all be cleared up by sharing their Ally Code, but this poster has been complaining about things for 5 years without ever being open about who they are.

Its not mods if they win the coinflip on occasion.
Its just RNG, by its nature it is random and won't give a 50/50 win of the coinflip. OP doesn't realise that the next random event is not influenced by previous results. Its basic probability.
