Mace Windu Commander nerf?

So yeah,compared to Grand Moff Tarkin, Windu has 2x more speed and has very good support*(damage deny) .

So yeah,it's annoying when Windu,strikes twice,while Tarkin takes twice as long to refresh turn.
  • A 20 turn cool down that is reduced very quickly from valor and his great synergy from a plethora of republic ships. He would be wise to use. Speed is the best attribute in game.
  • This is kind of a stretch, but I don't think its a coincidence. All of the Separatist ships so far have had some sort of advantage against buffed enemies, and most of the republic ships have some way of buffing themselves including Mace's missile attack, so maybe the Separatists theme will be a counter to Mace's fleet
  • Tarkin actually gets turns very quickly if you run the TIE fighter and have his unique levelled up. If TIE unique is maxed and run under tarkin, then whenever he evades (a lot), tarkin gets 30% tm. I also use his foresight gaining special first so that a fast enemy ship (Ashoka) will try and dispel the foresight, but will instead give Tarkin nice TM, so my tarkin usually takes the first capital ship turn.

    Honestly empire just needs more ships in the game to synergize with Tarkin, and then we can see if Mace is too strong in comparison. Then again we may as well be waiting for August for that to happen given EA/CGs lack of love for the empire faction in general #EmpireLivesMatter #AddDeathtrooper&Krennic #EmpireNeedsMoreShips #EnoughRebelScum

    And then after they finally show empire some love, can we get some for separatists and First Order plz

    I think when more empire ships come along Tarkin will be a force to be reckoned with.

    With upgrades it drops to 15 with being able to spam his AoE attack, with Vader tie it is very easy to do, that 15 goes down very quick. I have had it available twice in a battle where most battles against the home one the ai never gets to use it's ultimate ability.

    A good strategy is to use Darth Maul's ship's special ability on the Tie Fighter if you're using Tarkin
  • I always use the two tie fighters,they are my strongest ships,they are both on 4 stars...but still...

    Enemy is so overbuffed my damage is negated,and I can't do anything about that.

    Too bad there aren't more tie fighter variants...
