Should be today or tomorrow. They have to get the resets completed, this takes multiple stages of releases. They have to restart the event and probably at that time will add him to the store. They may also wait and see if there are any issues they need to fix over the next 24 hours regarding any malak shards that didn't reset properly. That would be the only real chance or reason to delay.
