No chat option on the screen Can’t see EA connect in settings

This is affected my own and otherCG_Meathead​ 

we have went through all methods from EA help and none of us have child accounts (which seems to be the online chat “great fix”, it’s not).

it makes the game unplayable for players in guilds who need to give or follow officer instructions. This will result in people being kicked from guilds and uninstalling the game.

I’ve spent real money on this game and the best “solution” I can get from support is to just wait it out. Not good enough
