Overpowered: Rey (with details)

This thread isn't meant to cry or whine, I want to look at exactly why Rey has become a problem.

Misconceptions
1. The common thing I hear about her is that she's easy to kill so she's allowed to do massive damage.
2. Teams are viable without having Rey at high level play.
3. One shots are thing of the past

Realities
1. All attackers are squishy. While Rey has some of the least HP of all attackers, she's actually one of the most durable with multiple ways to gain foresight and blazing speed. A little more HP doesn't make you durable in this game... dodging full attacks from other attackers does.
2. 49/50 teams in the top 50 of arena use Rey, because she makes other attackers look like crap. This is even worse in raids, where you can SEE her damage output reported to you at the end of the fights, so you can tell just how much better she is than other attackers. (which is usually 2-3x better).
3. Today a G10 Rey with offense up used flurry of blows to one-shot my G10 QGJ with full health and full protection. Rey is the only character in the game capable of doing this, and the idea behind the protection patch was to eliminate this kind of behaviour.

Advantages of a nerf
1. Potential attacker diversity. Maybe some other attackers might see the light of day once Rey isn't twice as good as they are. Maybe. For example, gear 10/11 Luke is actually decent. Problem is, compared to Rey he's still a steaming pile of you know what.
2. No more one-shots. Seriously, can't stress how important this is.

Bitter realities of a nerf
1. Suddenly, raids just became a lot harder for those who don't have massive rosters. Rey literally carries people through pig phases on T6/7.
2. A lot of people invested a lot into Rey because for some reason, her damage was left this way after the protection patch. It should have been fairly obvious how this would turn out given how Rey was pre-patch.
3. The realization that this game's balance is really bad, and without the damage that Rey can output, attackers will be left in the dust by tankier and more utility based champions.

EDIT: To stop the naysayers, I have a G10 Rey as well. I want her nerfed because I understand how it is affecting the game, not because I got owned by her. The example I gave above with my QGJ was just a great illustrative example of what's wrong with her.
