potency isnt a factor in dissspelling a taunt. HB can only get dodged/evaded/deflected (same thing with different names). Never seen a HB be resisted, the only thing where potency/tenacity is a factor.
Yeah, in this case the buffs were dispelled, so the criteria of the ability was met, and therefore should have applied offense up to my team. It worked fine on my four previous fights, so this is the first time I have seen this happen.
