They should just make both TB more like raids and let us progress through them at whatever pace we can manage. Have each phase auto-end after 24 hours but give guild leaders the option to progress to the next phase once at least 1 star is achieved in each area of that phase. Heck, they could even make them exactly like raids and allow guilds to launch them once they have enough “TB Tickets”. Make it so the cost to launch means only ~2-3 total can be done a month.
