I totally see what you're saying, I think the issue lies with the free crystals being tied to both of the arena modes at all. It's very discouraging, shoulda spent my hyperlight bundle on a fresh account.

They aren't "free" crystals they are earned, for many over a good few months, perhaps even a year or so.

So lets get this straight.....you expect one of the most profitable and played mobile games to change the way all other players receive rewards (with scant regard that they have earned them) because entitled "I'm on a business course" you left the game 8 years ago and weren't clever enough to spend your hyperdrive bundle on a new account?
