Only thing that I am wary of is how no one has any footage of phase 4 yet....

As fair as the raid release, nothing has been said that lets us know the raid won't be released today. The raid was supposed to released along with the QOL update, the day isn't over yet. Once I see a post saying there are issues and the raid will not be released today then I will let out my disappointment, until then I stand by the raid being released today before the day is done.
