Speed arrow mod

So I've been told that arrow mod with main stat speed can't have speed in secondary stats, if that's not true please share screenshot with both speed in main and secondary stats, i would really apprec...

If they're out there they are leftovers from the original launch mods, just like the mods you still see on occasion w 2 of the same secondaries. Or the ones that just list 3 stats instead of 4. Saw a mod a month or so ago that had 14 speed secondary and then either 7 or 10 speed right below the 14 speed. But I don't believe it's possible to obtain these anymore.
