Still didnt receive my hyperdrive

Bought the hyperdrive 06.05. and still didnt get it. I sended every proof via Tickets and the Hotline said the proofs where ok but they cant activate the bundle because... they think i already have it. Well as everyone can see (id and code below) the bundle hasnt been activated. The Hotline said this forum is my last chance to get my hyperdrive bundle activated. I hope someone can help me

I restored the purchase and reinstalled the game nothing helps.

    So you didn't use a bank card linked to your Google play? contact the bank directly.

    I used a gift card for google to load up the google play account. Bought a smaller pack (mara jade) a while ago wich i received instantly. I dont know why it doesnt work this time.

    But you do have the email that Google play sends you when you made the purchase right? And you definitely had enough money left in the gift card after buying the Mara Jade?

    Imo, this is an issue with the game, you bought the bundle, gift card worked. The game for whatever reason didn't process it.

    This is an issue cg can sort. The email from Google play showing the transaction plus a screenshot of your in game main screen should be enough proof.

    I'm sorry this happened to you and I hope you'll get the bundle soon.


    Thank you. Yes should be enough evidence but the Support keeps saying it has been given to me. They dont look into the my account / the roaster to see if its true or not...

    Your profile name changes color. If OP's name is gold, he got the bundle; if it's still white, he does not have the bundle.

    bypass Google and go directly to the bank or the credit card company and tell them you demand a refund. The bank will get your money back. They clearly took your money, they also clearly didn't give you the service. Google might not do it but the bank/credit card company will.

    As has been mentioned previously, the purchase was made with a Play Card, not a bank/credit card. The issuer (Google) already told the OP to take it up with EA.

    @crzydroid so what are the next steps to get this Problem solved? Will you point someone who can provide further help to this thread or what should i do.

    Opended another Ticket today Support said i should refresh the purchase... as if i havent done it on a daylie basis
