Sunfac second stun ability when maxed somstun cant be resisted doesn’t work

I have been fortunate to save and max out my Sun Fac second stun so it can’t be resisted, but unfortunately it just doesn’t work even though maxed. I have raised with the help desk which was a waste of time, so thought I would post it here.
Clearly I’m disappointed as having a double stun in your Arsenal is a useful tactic but it keeps costing me battles when the supposed can’t be resisted stun doesn’t work, and no it’s not on a ship on max TM and no not foresight as I have seen red damage but no stun appear, I have seen it resisted by schimitar, first order tie fighter and special tie fighter, clone ships, it always sticks on Vader’s ship but considering the ability is it can’t be resisted it clearly isn’t the case.

This needs fixing ASAP for the players who have spent time making out this ability and I hate to say it but the help desk is a waste of time.
