Support waiting times

It can take a few days for a reply and each time they reply to you it will take a few days to get another response. It's very fustraiting to go through that process. Sometimes it seems a robot is asking you questions because the replays don't make sense or feel like they're wasting time on purpose. 

My suggestion is to let it go if it's not actually money loss related.
