Are we being trolled? Is this for real? This is by far the worst idea to date. Make us work our tails off chasing the new toons and then slap us in the face saying, sorry you can use all your new shiny toys. Come on devs, this is just a really bad move. Redact this, fix it. Do not go forward with this. We do not want it. The November buffs were great. Do more of that. This is just beyond terrible. My less PC response is also on Reddit ;)
