The age old question - Zader or Zaul?

Would like to see this re-discussed with the intro of SA, DN and SiT.

If you're happy with with not placing top 3 for raids, zaul might be a better choice.

I did zaul first, I like crystals. I did zader second, it's nice to auto the rancor phases 2-4

I'm stuck in the same boat once I get my first, but I'm leaning towards maul to help in arena since my guild already has a few zVaders. I still have a lot of farming to do and for me I believe the added crystal increase from arena would benifit more to start out.

He used to be real good in p2 until they fixed it so you can't live past enrage much more than a turn or 2.

I had the same question myself. Is either one worthwhile in AAT?

Honestly Zader won't help much for raids if most your guild already has him. Even if I Solo, there's a near 0 chance I'll get top 3 because of player Id tie breaking.

I have both zader and zaul and just not question about zader being superior in my case, but read entire post ur milage might vary.

If ur team is slow then zaul can boost your speed so thats why some people talk about zaul arena rank boost. Lots of people in my guild use zaul for that reason. However, in my case zaul, sa, dn, vader and baze (sa/dn 5* rest 7*maxed out gear) really can't compare to my previous team zader zoba zeth trooper krennic shore (all 7* maxed out gear), both teams with average +100 speed modes (except tanks). Since I use zaul team in arena I fall to no4 while nobody ever could have beaten my empire team (except once when guy caught me changing modes). I still run zaul as decided to be more open to my shardmates and share no1 spot as long as it does not interfere with my payout. So while zaul could boost ur arena rank, if u have super fast empire team that is still the meta in this game.

He's saying Zader is good in the raids, so if you're ok with not being in top 3, you are better off with Zaul because of arena.
