As an empire head I have always beasted this. I know the thrawn lead throws it off for some.
Point of reference - thrawn palp Vader tarkin dt
All zetas, g12+5 and 6 dot mods. This may seem too much to invest in but I use that team (ipd for dt) in geo Tb and get pretty far , battles are a slog though.
