So, he was supposed to go fully upgraded into GA?

As I said, my Finn has his lead set to lvl 1


He was supposed to carry over whatever level of investment you had going in. Even though they refunded the material. This was what was stated in the update.

We flagged this to get a response as to why we are not seeing this.
