- Turn meter rolls over from previous battle in GW, so likely you finished the previous match using Vader. No matter what his speed is, 0% TM is still 0% TM.
This is why resistance used to be a goto for GW before they updated it. End match hitting an exposed character and you were going first always. - For simplicity's sake, just take (190+Bonus Speed from Unique) Multiplied by 1.25. That is Vader's starting speed.
