This is, at least in part, what I expect.
Characters and shards are the 2 basic economic systems at play. They are likely to make them easier to get for new players (all players really), but how is the question.....
Marquee section of the JG would a commonly suggested idea that would help with shards.
New tiers of events/daily challenges/raids for gear, or rebalancing raid rewards, and maybe others. Not all of these are helpful to new players though....
