What to do with 777K + Ally Points

I started saving up ally points like crazy because of the tournaments, waiting for a toon or ship I just had to have. Now the tournaments are over, so what am I supposed to do with these ally points....

Spend them. You will get a decent amount of character shards to trade in at the shard shop. I went through 500k the other day.
