When is the Leviathan ultimate game lock going to be fixed?

For any that don't know what this is, when the enemy cap ship uses the ultimate the game can stop with buttons lost resulting in floating swaying ships and no turns being taken.

Quite a few things cause the buttons to go away, this is just a more recent reason why. They'll probably fix it in a year or so. Same as multiple other bugs that infect the game they have on a list to do.
