Which Neutral unit would you like to see added?
The only one is still Hondo Ohnaka

I think many Scoundrel, Mercenary, and Bounty Hunter units should be placed into he neutral category. Qira, Jabba, Fennec, and Jango are a few off the top of my head.
I've made a few Neutral kits, such as Kay Vess, Ciddarin 'Cid' Scaleback and Asajj Ventress (Harbinger):
