Why don't TB battles have some minimal payout?
Nothing very much, TB Credits corresponding to the territory credits I earned, say 1 credit/10,000 territory points or 1 per stage completed, paid out when the stage ends. I want just enough credits to make me want to do them without imbalancing anything ;) I'm in a casual guild, and if I know my battle isn't likely to make a difference, it would give me incentive to actually play the battles instead of just deploying everyone. As it is, there is no incentive to complete them unless everyone does it or you're in a top competitive guild. I suspect we're an average pre-hAAT guild and we could do many of the areas just by deployment without battles. The battles only make a difference in a few areas.
When people feel the extra effort isn't doing anything for them personally, they tend to not do it. When they feel that they are doing the work and other people are loafing, they won't do it either. Why would I do 15 minutes of work when I either won't see the reward or I know that other people aren't doing it. It's psychology 101.
Make it conditional on your starring the region the battle is in so people won't play battles for regions they know they can't win, diluting the efforts of the team.
