Why is EA help desk useless?
So the other evening purchased "basic ally aid giftable" for my wife. Yes the whole family plays! Anyway, she never got it, and I thought maybe I had done something wrong and went ahead and did it again. This time getting her to check straight away. Nothing. I checked Google play and I have indeed been charged twice for "giftable 61".
Roll on 10 days later of sending screen shots over and over again of the same things and answering the same questions. This seems to be there answer:
"I completely understand your concern as an avid gamer myself and really wish I could assist you further, but I'm afraid the items have already been credited to your account and the purchases are showing as 'Self'. "
I purchased 2 gifts and they haven't been sent, am I being unreasonable to expect to get what I paid for and have it delivered to the person I selected? I'm not sure if they mean self as in me, or self as in a username "self" but I haven't had them and no one in my guild is called self. You can't buy it unless you select the guild member to gift it too
Either way, they haven't held up their end of the deal and they don't seem to care. Messing the game up is one thing, stealing my money is another. It's not a lot of money, but that's besides the point.
