Why is Tarkin's Crew Power so Low?

This will have no impact on ship power/stats if the mods are all the same level and tier. Only level and tier matter. Period.

Ackbar, like JC, Geo Spy and Vader, have inflated crew power leading to inflated ships power because they are contribute special damage to their ship where as everyone else does not.

Crew power is measure of the overall contribution the crew makes to the ship so since they are adding this other stat they have higher crew power.

So as usual ships power is not a good measurement of anything.

No Executrix is awesome. I frequently take out 3 or 4 full health ships with his Tie Fighter Strike. The problem is that the unreasonably low power makes anyone who uses it a target.

Only to those who don't yet understand that fleet power isn't a good indicator of fleet strength. Tarkin is amazing, both on offense and on defense. If people target you more due to a lower fleet power, that, unfortunately, is a problem with the general public not understanding how ships work and not due to any issue with how ship/fleet power works (since character/squad power is heavily skewed toward health and protection and isn't a good indicator of a squad's strength). If you have a good fleet under Tarkin, I say stick with him and ignore power. I routinely beat people 15-20k power higher than me; it's all about each fleet's composition, the speed of each ship (especially the first ones to target lock and the big damage dealers), and knowing who to target, when to target them, and what abilities to use on the target.
