Yeah the Ackbar challenge ramps up disproportionately at that point. What ships are you using? Ship choice is key.

Having 6-8 ships helps, it’s a tougher battle.

Moving to ships.

Please refer to the two other threads on the same subject. Short summary:

It can be done with a weaker fleet than yours (see example line—ups in the threads).
Key strategy aspects are:
Be patient. Endure. Play defensively. Heal often — heal early. If you can choose between an attack and a defensive move, choose the defensive move. Line buffs up, for your special attacks. Leave clone sergeants ships for last (Rex, JC and Ahsoka first).

I think the main issue is which LS ships you choose.
Resistance xwing did great work for me, since the exposes stack up damage quickly, especially against the tanky clone ships.
Jedi ships bring you buffs, which are crutial if you want to play with AA effectively.
Cleansing ships (Cassian, Plo, and of course AA himself) can clear the target locks that can ruin the battle for you.
However, Biggs has a lot less survivability than you're used to, because without TIEs, you don't have enough sources of target lock to have him survive.
This isn't a battle you're meant to just play on auto. Take a minute and think I'd an actual battle plan, and not just throw whichever ships you have the highest GP ships you have.

The enemy ships are all tanks that hit for 30k damage. There’s no way that anyone is beating that with level 82 five star ships. Impossible.

I figure maybe if I get my 8 light side ships to 7 stars and the pilots to at least gear lvl X I might have a chance
