Why isn't First Order Tie Pilot in the Fleet shipments?
He's harder to farm than Grevious. He's a pilot to a ship they offer, shouldn't he be in there? Everyone else is.

SRP allows you to score 2M consistently in P2 of HAAT though. At least those who complain about FOTP being a hard farm can complete LS9B for Shore xD
So can clones, droids, rebels without Srp, zader- i can't score 2mil consistandly in p2, so there's that ;)

You need to gear only SRP as most have Wiggs Lando AA, whereas droids are a specialized team, clones is like super niche. Zader obviously need at least on Zeta?

I mean, if you count ships then he's right, they do. Bistan's U-Wing has unparalleled TM boosting, and guess whose gear defines the available level of that ability? Scarif Rebel Pathfinder.
As to the original issue (which I intended but forgot to include in my initial response), not every crew member has to be in fleet shipments and not every character in fleet shipments has to be a crew member.
