C-3PO Bundle Issues
Good morning. I’ve been going back and forth with EA Help about this issue for 5 days now and they finally concluded with “We don’t know how to help, post in the forums and see if they can help” basically.
Last Tuesday I bought the C-3PO bundle along with the other 3 bundles available. All the bundles except the C-3PO bundles went through, and the C-3PO bundle said it needed to process but would process within 24-72 hours. After a day of waiting and nothing I reached out and initially got told they can’t help and to put a ticket in through the game. I went to do that and it took me right back to the exact same chat I was talking to the first time. Then over the course of 4 days I explained the problems, said the charge was pending and needed to be approved by EA, or cancelled so I could rebuy the pack (as it no longer appeared because the game thought I’d bought it). Still nothing. Finally, yesterday the EA Help people said that they aren’t sure what to do and that I should post here for assistance.
I’m pretty irritated because if no one can just approve the purchase I’ve missed the window the bundle was gone and I was really looking forward to having the Ewoks… Looking for assistance on the matter. I’m traveling but can post screenshots of the chat when I finish traveling.
