Can’t see the bundle

Hi, 

I tried buying the JKR bundle in Christmas but it got stuck in pending transaction and it never reset, and I assumed by next time the bundles were up I would be able to buy but now that (I’m pretty sure they are up again) it still doesn’t show up, fit it’s possible could someone like reset it so I can purchase it please?
