Can’t log in Error code 3.0

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone 12 Pro
OS Version 17.2

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Every time I try to log in I get prompted a message saying errorcode 3.0. I’ve tried contacting support and haven’t been messaged in over 24 hours. I also tried EA help and they didn’t do anything for me.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure

    @Barbarossa5 Not sure I went to bed the night before and I finally decided to log in about 12 hours later and I got this.

    PS: I assume you already tried the general troubleshooting steps (reinstalling the game, clearing cache, etc.?

    Yes, I think it’s related to my EA account because on a separate account I can still login. I also can still see that the original account and it says last activity is 1 min ago. So it’s trying to login but can’t. So maybe if someone could disconnect the EA account then that would work.
