I managed to solve this looking at some answers in different threads.
1) Closed the game (forced it).
2) Went to Settings -> Apps, clicked 'show all apps' here.
3) Cleaned cache and all data separately for both Google Play Games and Google Play services.
4) Started game, it auto logged in, I did not have to choose my account.
You won't see Google Play services by default, and cleaning Google Play Games alone does not help. Installing older Google Play Games does not help either.

I can't access with my acc on my phone (P30 Pro) but with my son's acc i can.

I as well am having issues. I tried clearing the cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I can load into my alt account, but my main freezes at the loading cantina screen. I've had issues since the latest update.

I had to have tech support help me, seems that the cache was blocked and I couldn't clear it by myself. After they cleared my problem account's cache, the last major update loaded again.
Before contacting help support, try clearing the cache and the app/game data for Play Store, Google Play Games and SWGOH through you device's storage in settings. If it doesn't work immediately, close the game, switch between data sources and reopen the game. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling both Google Play Games and SWGOH. If none of those work you'll need to contact EA help.

This is happening for me as well. Same issue. I have 2 accounts. One ( Owen) opens fine. I did all my daily task. The other (Zack C). Just loads and load. Really frustrating. I cleared cache. Data. And reinstalled game. Same issue on same account. Unlike other person I only have this device

To mention that I tried everything was mentioned by you and others but nothing worked.
I am using Samsung galaxy S8+

Same thing is happening to me. I can't log into my account after logging into an alt account.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. Removed my account from my device and added it back in. Restarted my phone many time as well.
I can log into the game on Bluestacks, but not on my phone. Missed my payout. Missing TW. Help!

Hi. After several options tried several times, I managed to solve it: uninstal google play and instal an older version of it - for me worked with before before last one.
