can't access my account on pc client

i can't play my main account on the pc client as of today even though it worked perfectly fine yesterday. can't access webstore either. i've tried unlinking my ea acc on mobile and it says your account cannot be unlinked. when i open the game on pc, it gives me the "have you played on mobile?" thing and i click yes link my account and even after i hit continue i can't get into my account.

any help would be greatly appreciated. my allycode is 239-272-796 if it's needed.
