Charged twice for episode pass

Hello there,

This evening around 8PM I went to purchase the standard episode pass (the $20 one) and initially it said there was an error with the purchase and to try again. I then re-tried my purchase which was successful this time, but I got charged $40 instead of the $20 it was supposed to be. I did not purchase the upgraded version of the pass and do not want that version so I am looking for a refund of the $20 I was wrongfully charged for. Looking for any assistance possible with this matter and can provide any details as needed. Thank you!
