Chewbacca LSB

Hi,
I have the same problem as some of the others.
I bought the Chewbacca lightspeed Bundle and a recieve an error after opening the pack ingame with some Crystalls instead of the Characters... I already open tickets 2 times and both closed without resolve this problem... i don't want crystal, i want the pack that i paid for, or just refund me.
