Conquest Proving Grounds + Robbery that needs to be answered
Ok I need some serious assistance because I am at my wits end. I have attempted for the last 3 or 4 days to get assistance from the in game “Help”.
I was not able to Sim my conquest proving grounds + even though I have previously achieved 3 stars. Also the difficulty level of these proving grounds seem exceptionally more difficult then previous months.
This is extremely upsetting. It almost feels like the difficulty was ramped up on purpose and all the conquests proving grounds were reset to prevent players from simply hitting sim and getting character shards.
I purchased the conquest plus pass to sim and receive extra character shards and I couldn’t even play it because its difficulty level is on steroids. I am a loyal money spending player.
Will there be a compensation in game anytime soon? I spent $30 to receive ship and character shards from Proving grounds +. I couldn’t get them and didn’t get them … please give me the ship and character shards I couldn’t obtain due to the bug.
For the in game “help” to say I need to be patient feels very dismissive as a customer. I have been patient given I spent money and have yet to receive what I paid for. I requested assistance on Sunday and it is now Wednesday. Please make me feel like a valued customer. The company would “be patient” for my money.
When can I personally expect what I paid for or something of equal value to make me feel better about my poor experience?
I feel glad that the bug has been identified but that doesn’t do anything for me except tell me you know something is wrong and I’m not the only customer upset. I’m not paid by EA or capital games to find bugs, however I did pay to get shards that I couldn’t get at all.
Please connect my case to someone that can help make that happen ASAP or can give me a specific date when getting compensation will happen. Customer service is extremely important.
