Crystal deals don't appear in my shop anymore

Hello all,

I have been experiencing this bug for about 2 months now and it is reallyn hurting my progression. Let me explain the issue:

My shop doesn't show any crystal deals anymore besides the daily jawa scavenger deals. What I mean by that is that things such as the 500 crystal relic material packs don't show up anymore. The same thing goes for shards packs of new characters that just release. This means that I can't even complete the new marquee structure free to play, no matter how many cystals I have. 

An example of my shop from some time ago can be seen on the image I provided underneath. in this image you can clearly see that the Night trooper shard pack that would normally be able to be bought with crystals does not appear.

The issues persists across all platforms that I have tested: Pc client, pc webstore, mobile app, mobile webstore.

I have contacted support about this and they suggested to remove all instances of microsoft C++ and then delete the EA folder to then reinstall the app but the issue is still there.

Since this is such a devastating bug due to not being able to complete marquee events or not being able to buy the relic material packs I would really like this one to be resolved.
