CUP LSB - Still Not Received
CUP LSB has still not been received despite multiple successful purchase attempts on April 1st & 2nd.
My friends and I have been battling "EA Help" agents for almost three weeks now over this ongoing issue.
I literally created forum account just to address this and hopefully get greater insight, and a solution.
Like many others, we purchased Galactic Bundle 42 for R9 CUP during the limited sale period. However, not all of our purchases and gifts were received, despite being charged and recorded as delivered.
During the purchase-period, I purchased CUP for myself; and, did not receive it. (Yes, I got charged.)
Afterwards, an ingame guild friend gifted CUP to me and I still did not receive it. (Yes, he got charged.)
We both have had a lot of back-and-forth with numerous "EA Help" agents. (24, total, in fact!)
“EA Help” Support Agents:
Saurabh, Nerissa, Camille, Harsh, Yash, Ivan, Jayvee, Himanshu, Satish, Satvinder, Shubham, Mayank, Abhishek, Vishnu, Sanjeev, Marlvin, Vipin, Pooja, Mamta, Maylene, Leimar, Takatiba, Ajay, and Hans.
Most of these agents simply talk-passed the issue and provide unhelpful tips without actually acknowledging the specific problem. They also immediately close the case, too. So, restart!
And, so, round'and'around we go in playing the customer-support-ticket whack-a-mole game.
Hans and Jayvee have been the most knowledgeable as far as communication goes; but, our support tickets fall-off when an EA agent direct of us to contact the other to open a ticket on the other's behalf, and we are then stuck going in circles, again.
EA Agent Hans stated to me, directly:
"Yes, we can grant the bundle to an account if we verified the purchase and non-receipt has been confirmed."
I was then directed to have my friend (the gifter) create a ticket on my behalf.
He did so.
EA Agent Jayvee confirmed my friend's various purchases of CUP Lightspeed bundle (3 of them) on the timestamps of April 2 at 10:29:13 AM GMT+0800, April 2 at 10:32:10 AM GMT+0800, and April 2 at 10:32:36 AM GMT+0800.
EA Agent Jayvee reviewed them and confirmed that they were delivered "properly", but suggested that he tell his friend (meaning me) to reach out to the team. (Again, how many times must I do this? The only reason my friend is even chatting with Jayvee in the first place is because a previous EA Agent told me to get him to make a ticket for me...)
My friend then tells me what EA Help told him (instructing him to tell me to go make another ticket). And, I do (with also citing chat screenshots from my friend and Agent Jayvee), only for EA "Help" agents Maylene and Leimar to almost immediately tell me to have my friend re-open another ticket so that they can re-verify the gift.
Collectively, we currently have over 150 screenshots of our "EA Help" support ticket chat conversations...
TL;DR: How many more support tickets must we make until R9 CUP is received?
