December light speed bundle screw ups
I bought Ashoka tano light speed bundle, did not get content, did not get confirmation email, then got prevented from buying it again.
Now the exact same thing happened with 1 of 2 SEE bundles. And I wouldn't have bought the first one if I couldn't get the second.
I spent cumulatively 6+ hours trying to communicate the issues to support. Online ea support sent me to app, app support sent me online. App support even told me the bundles weren't available yet.
The team supporting this has no clue what's going on. This needs to be fixed. This is infuriating. I want either the Ashoka bundle and SEE bundles I bought and did not receive, or I want a refund for the one I bought and did receive.
EA support has been worse the cable canc ling support. Getting teeth pulled is more enjoyable than talking to this team, and far more productive.
