I bought the $25 and $50 Apple gift cards from target for the rewards. The $25 rewards got redeemed and showed up in my acc in ~5 mins. I redeemed the $50 card “redeemed my special gift” and one in game day later I’ve still haven’t received it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve restarted my phone, I waited until the next day. Idk what else to try but I’d really like to get my rewards.

Countless people have lost accounts. Countless people have not received rewards from the promo. Personally, I have spent more time trying to troubleshoot for my guild mates than EA or CG has.
the best course of action is never spend money on this game. Ever. If you spend money on this game from this point on, it’s on you. Not them.
I contacted the Help Desk provided to me from the response by EA to my BBB ticket and they told me that they can't help. Once again EA is just ignoring the issue.

Hey gang - don’t forget to also open a ticket at help.ea.com - they are trying to help me. I have an active ticket with them and just chatted with an agent about the fact that I had to open a 4th ticket and after 2 days I still have no response. The person said they would follow up on their end, so still there is hope.
So far still nothing. They are back to ignoring me, but my last ticket is still open.
Has the new help desk been able to help resolve the issue? I just submitted a BBB complaint as well.
