Didn't get Darth Revan's LSB

Good day, dear tech support, today I purchased a Darth Revan set through the website, order #1004992230032, my ally code #622-123-735, player ID wKxFJU-GS15QF0019Zs-Iw, a letter confirming the purchase came to the email linked to the game account. When checking my game email, I received 2 letters, one letter contained a message about receiving the Darth Revan set, and the second contained a message with apologies from the developers and 1350 crystals, I looked in the store, the number of crystals is not equivalent to the price spent on the set. Addition to my post above, as you can see from the screenshots of my collection of game characters, they are all supposed to be level 85, 7 stars and 3 relic levels, but as you can see, Canderous is not even open. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted 2 emails with a message about purchasing the Darth Revan set and about receiving bonus crystals, but I hope that these screenshots will be enough to prove that my purchase did not go through in the game store.
