Didn't give shards for the event on Captain Itano!

FRIENDS WHO HAS ENCOUNTERED THIS? I bought a pack for 5999 kr and received 43 shards, activated it, went to beat the event, during the first battle an error and a restart, I go in, the event is completed, but they did not give 55 shards for it, the incoming mail is empty, where should I write to get the required shards?
