Episode Pass not activating after purchase

I bought the episode pass earlier tody. Got an error message saying the confirmation had taken too long but I still got deducted the amount from my account. I've tried clicking restore purchase and seeking help on ea help via the game but no useful assistance has come out of it. I really wanted to get the new era toons to 4/5 star to hopefully get the LSTs after but this game isn't making it any easier. Hoping for a quick resolution to this. My ally code is 866-899-534.
