Error Code 3

Hello,

For the past few days I have been unable to play Galaxy of Heroes on both my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22) and PC (windows). I connect through Google Play for game saves. On my phone I have received the following error message:

"Error

An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. Please check your internet connection a poor connection could be the issue, then press "restart". If you have seen this prompt multiple times and have a strong internet connection, then please contact us. ErrorCode 3"

On my computer I keep getting told to reload.

My internet connection is excellent and I have multiple other devices connected to my wifi and internet without problem.

I have tried clearing cache, force stopping the app, uninstalling and re-installing, opening through google play, and clearing all app data.

I was able to login in successfully yesterday on my phone after the update was pushed. At that point, my phone re-downloaded a lot whenever I clicked on a new menu in the cantina, but the game was playable on my phone. When I got home, I tried logging on to my computer, and received the same error as before, and unfortunately could not login into my phone any more.

What else should I do or try?
