I am having the same issue, game crashed after clicking on the R2 LSB. It has now disappeared preventing me from purchasing on both the Game and the Webstore

Swap stores and try to purchase it again. If it does not show up, try to purchase something else. It will open a pop-up saying you have a transaction pending. Cancel the transaction and reboot the game. It will make the LSB available again.
