Finalizer/Raddus events stuck and cannot get Profundity

Profundity event will be available on 03-31-2025. See March Event Calendar

Thanks for responding EA_Gunner, but it wasn't helpful at all.

Those two ships are obviously not hidden from me (see screenshots). And the Profundity event has been missing from me for months, too. My other guild teammates have seen the Profundity event multiple times, while I have not.

The same for me. Those events are not hidden for months. EA_Gunner 

I never got the Profundity event. Something is broken. 

If you haven't unlocked the Profundity yet go to your journey guide to attempt; the event becomes available for to you to complete in your journey guide, once completed the bonus tier then appears in "events"

It took roughly two weeks to work through EA Support to receive the message that the problem is known and they may or may not fix it (that’s how I’m reading this). Support was given screen shots and I assume looked directly at my account.  

All I can take from this is that I’m not crazy.  Something is broken.  Sucks I grinded for Profundity and am being denied it.
