Im not sure is it bug or not. But all three events are closed for me due to o have 7 Star capital ship. The problem is that I have only one 7 star capital ship with general obi van. When those three are still 6 stars. Even if for two I have enough parts to upgrade I still cannot join the event to earn parts for third one.

I have a similar problem, my executrix is closed off even though it is only 6 stars and 60 shards away...
The Executrix thing is an actual bug, they're investigating it. As for the others, simply judging by the shards for Home One, everything is WAI. It's part of the latest update. Home One, Executrix (the only one bugged), Endurance, Finalizer, Raddus - even if you don't have them actually at 7 stars, once you have enough shards to be able to get them there, the event / bonus tier is locked. Home One, yours is currently stuck at 6 stars but you have 100/100 shards to get him finished, so the event is now locked for you.

On the bright side, at least they acknowledged it. On the other hand, it took them two or so months to fix the immortal Grievous and oFulcrum bugs, so no telling how long this will take.
