Game Crashing
I have the new IPhone 16 pro max updated to the latest version of iOS and I can not get into the game right now. Every time I try to open the app it crashes. Please fix the issue

Still crashing. iOS 18. Since latest update today it keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled for it to work once and then crash all over again. Hope it gets fixed so I don’t miss TB
Same iPhone X. Gets to 872/937mb and closes every time

There is a short term fix. Please read the new solution.
CG has acknowledged the situation. They said it is a sound glitch so make sure your not running any background sound when loading up the game. A fix for the game will go live in the next few days although they have not said when yet. Hope this helps
Thanks. But I don’t believe it’s a sound issue. Their last update before the one yesterday mostly eliminated the ability to play background sounds when the game is open. And I have not had any sounds of any kind running while trying to load the game.
I have no sounds playing in the background---in addition, I've turned off the sound of the game because I don't really want constant sound playing---from anything let alone GoH. So...I'm pretty sure it's not a sound issue.
The sound thing isn’t the solution. I have nothing else running and it crashes for me still.
Well I run an Ipad Pro. I installed the game on it and switched off sound and music as a result after closing the app a resart is not possible, the game crashes. I installed again and did not turn off sound effects and music. As a result I can close the game and open it again without problems. I closed and opened several time with swithced on music and sound effects, no problem With my Ipad Pro game does not crash if music is on!
I had the same problem, and I fixed it by updating the game. I went to Settings > Game Center, clicked on Profile, and then found the game in the 'Recently Played' section. It showed an 'Update' mark, which I clicked to update the game. I hope this helps! (My iPhone is running iOS 18.)

I am having the same problem already deleted and reloaded game and restarted phone
Same here. iPhone 13, newest iOS. Restart didn’t work. Reloading app didn’t work.
