Game Crashing

Same issue, just updated game and cannot log in game crashes upon loading, cannot get beyond splash screen. 

Same issue Galaxy S22 Ultra

Update:  most often occuring by opening bronzium packs

Same for me.  iPhone 14 Pro. Had an old OS version - it crashed; updated to the latest iOS and still crashing on the "Loading Assets" screen.

Still no fix and can’t get in. This is very frustrating

Don’t uninstall unless you have it linked to something like Game Center, it doesn’t do so automatically. Per the EA help documentation you could lose everything and the only way they can help you recover it is if you know the player ID. Which by the way you can only get by logging in without it crashing (at least for iOS).  These developers need to make a change to prevent this possibility, I can’t imagine losing years of work and whatever money someone may have spent.

It's past 7pm central and I live in that time zone and still no fix
