Game keeps crashing on battle loading screen

This has been going on for days. It thought it was a random one off but it keeps happening. Just now my game crashed on load 5+ times in a row and removed my Conquest energy for each attempt.

This is happening to many other players right now including guild mates and other people on the forums.

This needs to get fixed and I want compensation for the lost energy that I've paid for!

Edited: I am trying to play and it keeps stealing my energy and crashing continuously after making this post!

Edit 2: It's happening on battles outside of Conquest as well.
