Gifted LSB to friend but got it instead.

Went into the gift tab and gifted the inquisitor LSB to a friend, but when I bought it there was a purchase error (unfortunately I didn't screenshot it), I pressed the "OK" button and saw my GP increase and saw inquisitors in my account, whereas my friend didn't receive it.

Can the inquisitor LSB be reverted from my account and sent to my friend (preferably) or at least be refunded?
